フランスのサイクリスト兼フレームビルダーであったルネ・エルスのバイクからインスパイアを受けて開発されたCP-1 フロントラックです。
168 gと驚くべき軽さですが、耐久性を保つためにクロモリの鋼管にクロムメッキ仕上げになっています。
Rene Herseのセンタープルブレーキに取付けて使用するように設計されています。
